Delicious Italian dining at LAVO.

Our experience was marred by inattentive staff, especially during breakfast. We felt neglected as we waited long periods without service after being seated. Although one staff member later handled our gluten-free requests well, the initial lack of attention was disappointing, especially for a hotel of this caliber.

I loved the comfy bed, spacious shower, and the stylish design throughout. The entertainment options at the bar were fantastic too!

The spacious Superior Double Room offers a stylish design and a comfortable bed that feels like home. Conveniently located within a short walk to major shopping areas and public transport makes getting around pretty easy.

Had a rough start with an unexpected 2:30am fire alarm that turned out to be false, which didn't help with jet lag. Housekeeping left some details to be desired, as I didn't receive expected bottles of water without having to check back multiple times. Charging for extra water requested was a bit off-putting, along with limited pillow options that impacted sleep comfort.

The hotel's decor exudes elegance, with spacious common areas that are both beautifully designed and easily accessible, making it very comfortable for seniors like myself to navigate and enjoy our stay.

A wider pillow selection would enhance comfort.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a glass of Champagne and a delightful handwritten note, making me feel like a VIP! 🌟 The unique three-section room layout gave me all the privacy I desired, and I loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom—it felt luxurious during the chilly evenings. The seamless app for ordering meals was a game changer. I had delicious Italian dining from LAVO delivered right to my room in no time! 🍝

the botree was a fantastic experience! our superior double room was amazing and spotlessly clean. I loved the macaroons on arrival and the personal message. it was such a sweet touch. the location is perfect, just a short walk to oxford road for shopping and bond station for the underground. the staff were exceptional and made our stay infinitely better.

i had a wonderful family holiday at the botree. it exceeded my expectations with its spacious superior double room and attentive service reminiscent of my previous stay in london. the location was perfectly situated near oxford street, making it easy for shopping and exploring.

the gym facilities were not open yet.

I loved my stay in the deluxe room, where the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud and everything was spotlessly clean. The hotel had a fantastic spa and cozy lounge area to unwind after a busy day. Just be aware of a service charge added at checkout, but overall, it was an amazing experience! 😊

We had a lovely stay in a Deluxe Double Room with a super comfy bed and all the amenities we needed for a perfect getaway. The on-site spa was fantastic, and we really enjoyed the chill area by the pool too. Just a heads up, the breakfast service could be a bit quicker, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience! 😊

had a wonderful stay at the botree hotel. everything was super clean n cozy, like the beds n pillows were just heavenly! also gotta shout out shard for helping us with our luggage, he was really a lifesaver. the location's perfect too, so close to bond street, we could get anywhere in london in no time!

but the only thing was the awkward tip situation at checkout n the usb ports could have been normal outlets instead.

Family with children exceptional stay

The staff are like family, super helpful, especially this doorman who even helped carry our bags. The breakfast was a game changer. I usually dread hotel breakfasts, but this one was so good I looked forward to it every day.

It was not cheap, but honestly, worth it.
